SCTY Group S.A.S. De C.V. ("SCTY Group") understands the importance of knowing our return policy. Therefore, SCTY Group provides its services under the conditions established on this page.

This notice describes our return policy. By visiting www.scty.mx, you agree to the practices outlined in the Return Policy.
a) Products Not Eligible for Exchange or Return
Please read these conditions carefully before using SCTY Group Services. By using SCTY Group Services, you agree to be bound by these terms and policies. We offer a wide range of SCTY Group services, and additional conditions may apply. Furthermore, each time you use any SCTY Group service, you will also be subject to the general terms, policies, and conditions, as well as the specific conditions applicable to that service.
Single Clause: All purchases of swimwear and/or underwear are final and cannot be exchanged or returned due to hygiene reasons. Purchases of jewelry and accessories are also final and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
b) Returns and Exchanges
Please read these conditions carefully before using SCTY Group Services. By using SCTY Group Services, you agree to be bound by these terms and policies. We offer a wide range of SCTY Group Services, and additional conditions may apply. Furthermore, each time you use any SCTY Group service, you will also be subject to the general terms, policies, and conditions, as well as the specific conditions applicable to that service.
- Purchases made at a retail store must be returned at the store. Note that store return policies may differ from online return policies. Please check with the store if you have any doubts about its policies.
- Only one return per transaction is allowed.
- Discounted products or items that had a price reduction will not be eligible for free returns or cash refunds.
- If the purchase was made under the "interest-free installments" payment method, the refund via electronic transfer will incur a 12% commission on the total amount to be refunded.
Return Process
- The customer has 5 calendar days from the delivery confirmation to request a return.
- The product must be complete, undamaged, unused, and in perfect resalable condition, including original accessories (if applicable) and packaging.
- To initiate the return process, an email must be sent to clientes@scty.mx, requesting the return and including:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Order number (Proof of Purchase), product name, color, and size
- Purchase date
- Reason for return
- You must wait for confirmation via email, which will arrive within approximately 5 business days. The confirmation includes a prepaid return label, which expires after 3 days. If the product is not shipped within this period, the return request will be canceled.
- SCTY Group will validate that the returned product meets all conditions before processing the refund.
- Once the return is approved (this process may take up to 15 business days), the customer may choose between:
- Store Credit: Issued via electronic code or gift card.
- Electronic Funds Transfer: The customer must provide an 18-digit CLABE account number, the bank name, and the order holder's name.
- Refunds will NOT be made in cash or via bank transfer when the product was purchased with a promo code or was on sale. The refund will only be issued as store credit valid for two months.
- The first return is covered by SCTY Group (one per transaction), including a prepaid return label. For additional returns on the same transaction, the shipping costs must be covered by the customer.
c) International Orders
All purchases shipped outside of Mexico are final, meaning no returns, exchanges, refunds, or modifications will be accepted.
d) Warranty
- 15-day warranty from the purchase date, only for factory defects (excluding clearance sales).
e) Clearance Sales
- No exchanges or returns.
- Warranty validity: 24 hours from purchase.
f) In-Store and Pop-Up Sales
- Sales made through physical retail stores or pop-up locations follow the same policies as online purchases.
Misuse of the return system may result in suspension of return privileges for the customer.
We reserve the right to modify or change the return policies at any time, so please review them frequently. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
We are not financially responsible for lost packages or incorrect shipments if the error was made by the customer.
